These terms apply to all digital products purchased from The Wild Enchantment (thewildenchantment.com), operated by Aligned Ventures LLC.
Digital Delivery
All products sold on this site are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing your download link. If your download email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us at hello@thewildenchantment.com and we will make it right.
Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once a product has been delivered. Digital files cannot be returned the way physical goods can. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing, and reach out with any questions beforehand; we are happy to help you decide if a product is right for you.
If something is wrong with your order, such as a technical issue, a corrupted file, or a duplicate purchase, contact us and we will resolve it promptly. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
Personal Use License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal purposes. You may print included materials for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish any product or its contents, in whole or in part, in any form.
